GScoreARS is a universal reputation platform that gives your business access to verified behavioral profiles of guests, customers, and tenants before they arrive. Think of it as a credit score โ but for behavior. You can see a guest's history across hotels, restaurants, rental companies, and more. This helps you make smarter service decisions, reduce incidents, and reward your best customers automatically.
Yes โ 100% free for the first 12 months from your registration date. No credit card required to register. If and when GScoreARS introduces a subscription fee, you will be notified at least 60 days in advance, giving you full time to decide whether to continue. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Any legally registered business that interacts with customers or guests is eligible. This includes hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, restaurants, bars, car rental agencies, banks, real estate offices, and any other service business. Sole proprietors, LLCs, corporations, and hospitality groups are all welcome. GScoreARS reserves the right to verify credentials and deny access at its discretion.
Once your account is approved and active, log in to your business dashboard. You can search for any registered GScoreARS personal member by name, email, or their GScoreARS ID. Their profile will show their current GScore, tier level, experience history, and any verified badges. The guest's profile is only accessible when they interact with your establishment.
GScoreARS data must never be used as the sole basis for denying service. It is a supplemental intelligence tool to inform your decisions โ not replace them. All final service decisions remain entirely your responsibility. Additionally, GScoreARS data may never be used to discriminate based on race, nationality, religion, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Violations result in immediate permanent termination.
After a guest interaction, you can submit a verified experience report from your business dashboard. Reports must be truthful, accurate, and based on documented interactions. You accept full legal responsibility for the accuracy of every report you submit. Submitting false, malicious, retaliatory, or discriminatory reports is a material breach of your agreement and may result in account termination and legal liability.
No. All perks, upgrades, waivers, and preferential treatment are entirely at your sole discretion. GScoreARS provides the data and tier classifications โ you decide what, if anything, to offer. You are not contractually required to offer any benefit to any member under your Business Member Agreement.
No. Guest profile data accessed through GScoreARS is strictly confidential and for your internal use only. You may not share, sell, redistribute, export, or repurpose any member data obtained through the platform. Doing so constitutes a material breach of your Business Member Agreement and may expose you to legal liability.
You must notify GScoreARS immediately at legal@gscorears.com in the event of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your account or any data breach involving GScoreARS member data. Prompt reporting is required under your Business Member Agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. To close your business account, contact support@gscorears.com. Upon termination, all platform access ceases immediately. GScoreARS may also suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of the Business Member Agreement.
Your GScore is your universal behavioral reputation score โ like a credit score but for how you treat businesses and their staff. It ranges from 0 to 100 and is built from verified experience reports submitted by hotels, restaurants, rental companies, and other GScoreARS member businesses you interact with. A high GScore can unlock perks like early check-in, security deposit waivers, priority seating, and more โ everywhere you go.
All new personal members start with a GScore of 50 โ placing you in the Standard tier. Your score grows with every positive verified interaction and decreases with negative ones. There is no penalty simply for being new โ you begin with a clean, neutral reputation and build from there.
GScoreARS has five tiers based on your GScore:
Elite (90โ100) โ Top 1%. Exceptional reputation. Maximum perks and recognition.
Preferred (75โ89) โ Consistently excellent. Priority treatment across member businesses.
Standard (50โ74) โ Where everyone starts. Good standing.
Caution (25โ49) โ Some negative history. Businesses are notified.
Restricted (0โ24) โ Significant negative history. Businesses may take extra precautions.
Your tier updates in real time as new verified reports come in.
Your profile is only accessible to verified GScoreARS business members โ hotels, restaurants, rental companies, and other registered establishments within our network. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing or advertising. It is shared exclusively for reputation intelligence purposes within the GScoreARS member network.
You have the right to dispute any report you believe is inaccurate, false, or submitted in bad faith. Disputes must be submitted within 90 days of the report appearing on your profile by emailing disputes@gscorears.com. GScoreARS will review your dispute in good faith and notify you of the outcome within 30 days. Please note that filing fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in account penalties.
Yes. Your GScore is not permanent. Every positive, verified interaction with a GScoreARS member business contributes to raising your score over time. The best way to improve your score is to be an exemplary guest or customer consistently. If you believe a negative report was false, submit a dispute within 90 days.
Yes. GScoreARS is committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to access your data, request corrections, and request full account deletion at any time by contacting privacy@gscorears.com. Note that deleting your account permanently removes your profile and GScore history.
Yes. GScoreARS is designed as a global reputation platform. Your GScore travels with you โ recognized by member businesses worldwide. By registering, you consent to cross-border transfer of your reputation data to GScoreARS business members in other countries, as this is a core feature of the platform's global reputation portability.
No. One GScoreARS personal account per individual is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate your GScore, circumvent a suspension, or misrepresent your identity is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of your Personal Member Agreement, which may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
You may close your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support@gscorears.com. Upon deletion, your profile will be permanently removed from public view. Please note this action is irreversible โ your GScore history cannot be recovered once deleted. GScoreARS may retain anonymized statistical data as permitted by applicable law.
