Getting Started
Create your business account and connect your property to the GScoreARS network in minutes.
1
Go to the Registration Page
Visit gscorears.com and click the "Register" button in the top navigation bar. You will see two options: Business Member and Personal Member. Select Business Member.
Tip: Use a desktop or laptop browser for the best registration experience.
2
Read & Accept the Business Member Agreement
You will be taken to the Business Member Agreement page. Read the full agreement carefully. When ready, check the box at the bottom: "I have read and agree to the GScoreARS Business Member Agreement." Then click "I Agree โ€” Continue to Registration."
Important: You cannot proceed to the registration form without accepting the agreement. This is required by law.
3
Fill in Your Business Information
The registration form will ask for:

โ€ข Business Name โ€” your hotel, resort, or property name
โ€ข Business Email โ€” the email address for your account
โ€ข Business Phone
โ€ข Property Address
โ€ข Number of Rooms
โ€ข Password โ€” create a strong password (at least 8 characters)
Tip: Use your official business email. This will be your login and where you receive all notifications.
4
Submit Your Registration
Click "Create Business Account." You will see a confirmation message on screen. Check your email inbox for a welcome message from GScoreARS confirming your account is active.
5
Log In to Your Dashboard
Go to gscorears.com and click "Log In." Enter your business email and password. Your dashboard will show your property profile, search tools, and report submission options.

How to Search a Guest
Before a guest checks in, you can look up their GScore to understand their behavior history across the hospitality network.
1
Open the "Search" Tab
From your business dashboard's bottom navigation, tap "Search." This opens the guest lookup tool.
2
Enter the Guest's Information
Enter the guest's full name and at least one of the following identifiers:

โ€ข Email address
โ€ข Phone number
โ€ข Home address (from ID, optional)

The more information you provide, the more accurate the match.
Tip: You can also search directly by a guest's Member ID (format GSC-YYYY-#####) if they've shared their GScoreARS profile with you, or scan their Member Card QR code at check-in.
3
Review the GScore Profile
If a profile exists, you will see the guest's GScore (0โ€“100) and their Tier. The score reflects their hospitality behavior history across all participating properties.

You will also see a breakdown of score dimensions:
โ€ข Payment History
โ€ข Property Care
โ€ข Communication
โ€ข Policy Compliance
โ€ข Overall Conduct
4
Make Your Decision
Use the GScore as one tool in your decision. You may accept the reservation, require a higher security deposit, or decline โ€” according to your own property policies. GScoreARS does not make the final decision for you.
Important: GScoreARS is a supplementary tool. All final booking decisions remain your legal responsibility as the property operator.

How to Submit an Experience Report
After a guest checks out, you can submit a report to update their GScore. Your reports help the entire network make better decisions.
1
Open the "Report" Tab
From your business dashboard's bottom navigation, tap "Report" and select "Submit a Report." This opens the report form.
2
Identify the Guest
Enter the guest's name and contact information. If they are already in the GScoreARS database, their profile will link automatically. If they are new, a profile will be created from your report.
3
Rate Each Category
Rate the guest on a scale for each dimension:

โ€ข Payment โ€” Did they pay on time? Any chargebacks?
โ€ข Property Care โ€” Was there any damage? Cleanliness?
โ€ข Communication โ€” Were they responsive and respectful?
โ€ข Policy Compliance โ€” Did they follow your house rules?
โ€ข Overall Conduct โ€” General behavior during the stay
4
Add Written Notes (Optional)
You may add a brief written note to describe specific incidents or exceptional behavior. Notes must be factual and based on documented events at your property.
Important: Do not include discriminatory language, personal opinions, or unverified claims. Inaccurate reports are a violation of your Business Member Agreement and may result in account suspension.
5
Submit the Report
Click "Submit Report." The guest's GScore will be recalculated automatically. The guest receives a notification that a report was filed, and they have the right to dispute inaccurate information within 30 days.
Tip: Submit reports within 7 days of checkout for the most accurate record.

Understanding the GScore Tier System
Every guest profile displays a tier based on their GScore. Use tiers to quickly assess a guest at a glance.
Tier Score Range What It Means Suggested Action
Elite 90 โ€“ 100 Exceptional guest history. Pays on time, respects property, follows all rules. Highly recommended. Welcome with confidence. Consider offering upgrades or loyalty perks.
Premier 75 โ€“ 89 Solid track record. Minor or no issues across multiple stays. Accept standard reservation. No special requirements needed.
Standard 50 โ€“ 74 Average history. May have isolated minor issues. No pattern of serious problems. Accept reservation. Standard deposit applies.
Caution 25 โ€“ 49 Multiple documented issues. May include property damage, late payment, or policy violations. Require higher security deposit. Review reports before accepting.
At Risk 0 โ€“ 24 Serious pattern of violations, unpaid damages, or confirmed fraud. Exercise extreme caution. Most properties decline reservations at this tier.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Add a second layer of protection to your account with an authenticator app. Strongly recommended for every business account handling guest data.
1
Open Security Settings
From your dashboard, tap the Profile tab, then select "๐Ÿ”’ Security" from the account menu.
2
Scan the QR Code
Open an authenticator app on your phone โ€” Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password all work โ€” and scan the QR code shown on screen. If you can't scan it, use the manual setup key displayed underneath instead.
3
Enter the 6-Digit Code
Type the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app and confirm. Your account is now protected by two-factor authentication.
4
Every Login Will Ask for a Code
From now on, after entering your password you'll be asked for a fresh 6-digit code from your authenticator app before you can access your dashboard. To turn 2FA off, return to Security and select Disable โ€” you'll need to enter a current code to confirm.
Tip: 2FA is optional today, but it's the single best step you can take to keep guest reports and your account secure.

Managing Your Account & Billing
Keep your property profile current, know how to handle disputes from guests, and manage your plan.
1
Update Your Property Information
Log in and go to your Profile tab. You can update your property address, phone, email, and other details at any time. Keep your information current so guests and the network can identify your property correctly.
2
Responding to a Guest Dispute
If a guest disputes a report you submitted, you will receive an email from disputes@gscorears.com within 5 business days. You must respond with supporting documentation (photos, receipts, incident records) within 15 business days.

GScoreARS will review both sides and issue a final decision within 30 days.
Important: Always keep records (photos, emails, receipts) for at least 12 months after a guest's stay in case of a dispute.
3
View or Change Your Plan
From your Profile tab, tap "๐Ÿ’ณ Billing & Plan." You'll see your current plan and a Select button for each paid tier โ€” Single Property, Up to 3 Properties, or Portfolio (4+). Choosing a plan takes you to a secure Stripe checkout page.
Tip: Every property starts on the 90-Day Free Pilot โ€” unlimited lookups, no credit card required, until you choose to upgrade.
4
Canceling or Downgrading
Contact support@gscorears.com to cancel or change your plan. Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.

Fill in Your Personal Information
The registration form will ask for:

โ€ข Full Name
โ€ข Email Address โ€” this is your login
โ€ข Phone Number

Tip: Always use the same email and phone number when making hotel or rental reservations โ€” this ensures your good history is credited to your profile.

How Scores Are Updated
Your score updates after each stay when a property submits a report. More stays = more data = more accurate score.

How to Dispute an Inaccurate Report
You have the right to dispute any report you believe is inaccurate, unfair, or retaliatory. GScoreARS must investigate and respond within 30 days โ€” this is required by law.
1
Log In and Open the "Dispute" Tab
Go to your dashboard's bottom navigation and tap "Dispute." You will see a list of all reports filed about your stays. Each report shows the property name, date, and the ratings submitted.
2
Click "Dispute This Report"
On the report you believe is inaccurate, click "Dispute This Report." You must submit your dispute within 30 days of the report being filed.
Important: Disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the report date. After that deadline, the report becomes final.
3
Explain Your Case
In the dispute form, explain clearly why the report is inaccurate. Include:

โ€ข What information is wrong
โ€ข What actually happened during your stay
โ€ข Any supporting documents (receipts, emails, photos, booking confirmations)
Tip: The clearer and more documented your dispute, the faster and more accurately it will be resolved.
4
Wait for Investigation
GScoreARS will contact the property that filed the report and request supporting documentation. Both sides are heard. The review process takes up to 30 days by law.
5
Receive the Final Decision
You will receive a decision by email. If the dispute is upheld:

โ€ข The report will be removed or corrected
โ€ข Your GScore will be recalculated

If the dispute is denied, the original report stands and the decision is final for that report.
6
Email Your Dispute Directly (Alternative Method)
If you prefer, you can submit your dispute by email to disputes@gscorears.com. Include your full name, the property name, the approximate date of your stay, and a clear explanation of the inaccuracy.

Your Privacy Rights
You have strong rights over your personal data under CCPA (California), GDPR (EU), and Florida privacy law. GScoreARS takes these seriously.
1
Request a Copy of Your Data
You can request a full copy of all data GScoreARS holds about you. Email privacy@gscorears.com with the subject: "Data Access Request." We will respond within 30 days with a complete data export.
2
Request Deletion of Your Profile
You can request that your personal profile be deleted from GScoreARS at any time. Email privacy@gscorears.com with the subject: "Data Deletion Request." Your profile will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Note: property-submitted reports about your stays may be retained in anonymized form as required by law.
3
Correct Inaccurate Personal Information
If your name, email, phone, or other personal details in your profile are incorrect, email privacy@gscorears.com with the corrections. We will update your record within 15 business days.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
Add a second layer of protection to your profile with an authenticator app. Optional, but recommended โ€” especially if you share your GScore or Member Card with properties.
1
Open Privacy & Security Settings
From your dashboard, tap the Profile tab, then select "๐Ÿ”’ Privacy & Security" from the menu.
2
Scan the QR Code
Open an authenticator app on your phone โ€” Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password all work โ€” and scan the QR code shown on screen. Can't scan it? Use the manual setup key shown underneath instead.
3
Enter the 6-Digit Code
Type the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app and confirm. Two-factor authentication is now active on your profile.
4
Every Login Will Ask for a Code
From now on, after entering your password you'll be asked for a fresh 6-digit code from your authenticator app before you can access your profile. To turn it off, return to Privacy & Security and select Disable โ€” you'll need to enter a current code to confirm.

Tips for Building a Great GScore
Your GScore grows with every positive stay. Here's how to keep it high.
โœ…
Pay On Time
Always pay your reservation and any damages promptly. Avoid chargebacks โ€” they are the fastest way to damage your score.
๐Ÿงน
Respect the Property
Leave rooms in the same condition you found them. Report any accidental damage to the front desk immediately rather than hiding it.
๐Ÿ“ž
Communicate Clearly
Respond to messages from the property, be polite to staff, and communicate any issues or special needs early in your stay.
๐Ÿ•
Follow the Rules
Respect check-in and check-out times, noise policies, guest limits, smoking restrictions, and all posted house rules.
๐Ÿ“ง
Use Consistent Contact Info
Always book with the same email and phone number so your positive stays are linked to your profile every time.
๐Ÿ”
Monitor Your Profile
Log in after each stay to confirm the report is accurate. Catching and disputing an error early is much easier than doing it months later.
